Ordering, Shipping and Payment Policies
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when ordering, with balance
due two weeks prior to delivery. Please make payment using personal or
business check only as we do not accept credit cards.
Shipping. The carrier assumes full responsibility when the merchandise
is picked up from our store. Upon arrival, shipment should be inspected
for damage and/or shortage. If there are any irregularities or damage,
have the driver endorse the Note of Exception on the receiving ticket.
Tubac Furniture is not responsible for damaged merchandise or for loss
or damages arising from delays in delivery. (Note: All merchandise is
covered by the standard insurance terms of the present carrier.)
Your order will be shipped approximately six to twelve weeks from receipt
of deposit. (Seasonal demand determines lead time.)
All orders are shipped "freight collect" with no charge for
local delivery. Furniture is shipped blanket wrapped or crated.
Tubac Furniture will be glad to lend customer assistance in the matter
of choosing an independent carrier, or customer may make arrangements
personally.
We guarantee workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase.
If defective, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion. This
is a limited guarantee and applies only to normal household wear.
